Alyssa Davis, LCSW
Clinic Director
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health–Certified clinician with a strong background in trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment. I earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 and have practiced clinical social work in hospital, school, and office-based settings. In my role as Clinical Direcor, I oversee the outpatient treatment team, supervise clinicians and practicum students, and support program development and quality improvement. In my clinical work, I am trained in multiple evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and am a Making Sense of Your Worth Facilitator. I have also pursued training in other modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). I have completed cultural competency training for working with military service members and families through the Star Behavioral Health Program. My clinical approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and focused on fostering resilience, healing, and long-term recovery. I am deeply committed to creating ethical, supportive, and collaborative clinical environments for both clients and professionals, which is why I value my work at YFRC. I am especially passionate about YFRC’s focus on advocacy, prevention, and fostering meaningful, sustainable change for individuals and families.

Bridget Sudderth, LMFT
LMFT
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in play therapy and evidence-based treatment for children and families. I am trained in Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and provide both clinical services and staff training in PCIT to support strong, healthy parent–child relationships. I am also a Certified Medical Marriage and Family Therapist (MedMFT), with experience working in integrated care settings that address the connection between mental and physical health. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I strive to create a supportive environment where children can communicate through play, caregivers build confidence and skills, and families experience meaningful, lasting change.

Emily SImpson
Case Manager
I am a case manager working toward my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) candidacy, grounded in a trauma-informed approach. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel respected and empowered in their healing process. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals navigating grief and trauma, honoring each person’s lived experience and individual pace of healing. I plan to pursue certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to further strengthen my work supporting emotional connection, resilience, and long-term healing.

Joani Webster, M.Ed.

Joani Webster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and a master's degree in education, with more than 47 years of experience in the social work field. She began her career in Mississippi with the Mississippi Department of Human Services and later served 12 years with the Mississippi Department of Youth Services. After relocating to Oklahoma, she worked for 25 years with Oklahoma DHS Child Welfare Services before retiring. Joani has continued her commitment to children and families through her work with Youth and Family Resource Center, where she has been employed for the past 10 years.

Jordyn Dickinson

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a concentration in Early Childhood and Intervention and Prevention Science, from Colorado State University in 2023. I am currently working toward my Master of Social Work at the University of Oklahoma. I am certified as a Behavioral Health Case Manager and work as a School-Based Family Support provider.
In my role, I meet with children in the school setting to provide mentoring and rehabilitative support. My work focuses on building coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing effective conflict-resolution strategies. I love working at YFRC because of the agency’s commitment to meeting clients where they are and honoring everyone’s unique experiences. This philosophy aligns with my belief that effective support begins with understanding, compassion, and respect for each client’s lived experience.

Kelsey Menifee, M.S.

I serve as the Executive Director and hold a Master’s degree in Family and Child Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. I have been with YFRC for six years and during my tenure have worked across all programs, gaining firsthand experience in emergency shelter services, school-based prevention, outpatient mental health, and child advocacy. My leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to trauma-informed, community-based care and a belief that children and families thrive when services are accessible, ethical, and coordinated. I am especially passionate about reducing barriers to care in rural communities and ensuring that vulnerable youth receive support before crises escalate. What I value most about YFRC is its longstanding mission, its adaptability to community need, and its focus on meeting families where they are with dignity and compassion.

Kirsten Barthlemess

I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology (Pre-Counseling) from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2021 and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University in 2024. I provide individual and family therapy to children and adults in the community and in school-based settings in Prague and Meeker, with a particular focus on family therapy. My work is grounded in nonjudgmental acceptance, empathy, and a strengths-based approach. I am passionate about supporting children and families in building healthier relationships and more effective communication patterns. My professional goals include becoming independently licensed and obtaining certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate. I earned my Master’s degree from Oklahoma Christian University. As I begin my work as a therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals, children, and families from a variety of backgrounds and value a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered, heard, and encouraged as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Melissa Boyd

I was born and raised in the Arkansas Delta and moved to Oklahoma in 2021. Although I have worked in a variety of sectors, client care has always been the work I naturally gravitate toward. I joined Youth and Family Resource Center in February 2023 as the Front Desk Administrative Assistant, where I welcomed clients, answered phones, and helped create a warm, supportive first point of contact for those seeking services. In January 2026, I transitioned into the role of Programs Assistant, supporting the daily operations of agency programs and maintaining open communication between staff and community partners. Outside of work, I enjoy reading a good book and spending time on crossword puzzles.

Mona Lowrey, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Mona Lowrey, LCSW earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oklahoma in 2014. With 19 years of experience in the field, Mona has provided counseling services across a variety of settings and worked with individuals of all ages and diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Mona uses a flexible, client-centered approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based theories and techniques to best meet each client’s needs, developmental level, environment, and learning style. Her clinical work commonly incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, solution-focused therapy, interactive techniques, family systems theory, and motivational interviewing. She has received specialized training in Seeking Safety, Seeking Safety for Adolescents, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Making Sense of Your Worth. Mona has also recently completed training to serve as an LCSW supervisor for social work candidates within her agency. Mona often shares with clients that even after many years in the field, her “magic wand and crystal ball are still broken,” but she is committed to helping clients discover the tools, strengths, and strategies needed to move forward in their healing journey and piece together their own life puzzle. Outside of work, Mona enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

With three years of inpatient psychiatric experience, I am passionate about supporting children and families in meaningful, practical ways. In my role as a Family Support Provider with Partners in Caring at Youth and Family, I work with students in the Maud, Asher, and Earlsboro school districts. I support children in developing coping skills and emotional regulation using evidence-based curricula while prioritizing safe, supportive environments. I value building trusting relationships that empower children to heal, grow, and thrive.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Assistant Clinical Director. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from St. Gregory’s University in 2014 and my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from St. Gregory’s University in 2017. I provide individual and family therapy to children and adults in the community, with a focus on those impacted by domestic violence or intimate partner violence, sexual assault or abuse, and stalking or harassment. My work is grounded in compassion, advocacy, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. My professional goals include expanding access to affordable mental health services and community resources, continuing to grow as a clinician and leader, and empowering individuals and families to heal, reconnect, and thrive.
